First session free (pre-programming consultation and training session)

10 Sessions350(35 per session, plus half-price Boot camp)

Standing Order Payments (3 months minimum)

1 session a week150 per month(35 a session pro rata)
2 sessions a week260 per month(30 a session pro rata)
3 sessions a week325 per month(25 a session pro rata)

Unless stated, sessions are 50 - 60 minutes

30 minute NBN (NO BLOODY NONSENSE) PT

You warm up, then have 30 minute NBN PT, then you cool down and stretch

1 session = 20
